Strata Solar as Living Wage Employer
Strata Solar's success hinges on the people serving our mission to bring more successful solar projects into operation. We are proud to be providing a living wage for all of our employees! Strata Solar was recently added to Orange County Living Wage's living wage roster. They are a local nonprofit working to promote a living wage in Orange County, North Carolina. Their goals are to reward and recognize employers based in Orange County who pay their workers a living wage, provide employers with incentives to pay a living wage, and connect consumers to employers that provide a living wage and encourage them to become customers, patients, clients of those businesses and organizations.
Why Do We Pay a Living Wage?
Living wages help attract skilled employees and allow them to stay with the company. By providing living wages turnover begins to fall and employees tend to be more educated and skilled.
